The Challenge 

Touton’s sourcing network spans West and Central Africa, Latin America, and East Asia. Coordinating operations across this vast footprint meant handling thousands of farmers, buying agents, warehouses, and port operations simultaneously. 

The company’s existing systems were falling short in several critical areas: 

Field data was not reaching port warehouses quickly enough, creating delays and extra manual work in compiling reports. 

Key performance indicators such as stock levels, stock in transit, and field funding were not tracked in real-time, making decision-making slow and reactive.
